How do I pay my association dues?
Association dues payments may be made by filling out the Automatic Payment Form or you may pay online by clicking on the Association Dues tab, or you may mail a check to P.O. Box 8550, Bend, OR 97708. We do not accept payments over the phone or credit card payments in our office. To make your payment online click here to be redirected to the payments page.
How do I change my bank information for auto pay?
To change your auto pay bank account information, click here to download and complete a change form.
Where do I pick up my mailbox keys?
All mailbox keys for newly constructed homes in Bend, Oregon are at the U.S. Post Office located at 2300 NE 4th Street, Bend, OR 97701. We recommend calling the post office at 541-318-5068 prior to picking up your mail keys to verify what credentials you will need to provide to obtain your keys.
If your newly constructed home is located outside of Bend call our office at 541-617-7006 to verify where you may obtain your mailbox keys.
If you purchased your home from a prior owner then you must obtain the mail keys from the seller or contact the U.S. Postal Service for re-keying services.
I lost my amenity key or pool key. How do I get a new one?
Replacement pool keys and amenity access fobs may be purchased from Crystal Lake Community Management. Prices vary by community so contact your Community Manager to purchase a new key.
How do I log into my community’s webpage?
You can email Community@CrystalLakeCM.com or call (541) 617-7006 x 0 and we will provide you with your community login and password. Be sure to include your address or community name when making this request..
Where is your office located?
Crystal Lake Community Management’s office is located inside the Pahlisch Homes building at 210 SW Wilson Avenue in Bend, OR. Our building is on the corner of SW Bond Street and SW Wilson Avenue. Our Portland office is located at 15333 Sequoia Parkway, Ste.101 Portland, OR 97224.
