Crystal Lake Community Management, established in 2001, specializes in residential Community Management for homeowner associations throughout Oregon and NW Washington.

Community Management of homeowner associations is led by our team of community management professionals Daphne Brix, Susan Quartucy, Ronda Lovely, Shannon Lancour, Tabitha Rehfeldt, and Jennifer Holbrook. This division supports the management of the community associations by electronic and manual collection of dues, oversight of common area and community amenities, handling architectural review requests, working with the board members to create community guidelines and providing enforcement of them, establishing budgets and reserve studies, establishing a community web page for all association documents, providing community email communications and supporting community events to build relationships among neighbors in the community. The Accounting Services are led by Kristin Philbrook, along with Teresa Hamsher and Courtney Chase, and include the collection of payments both electronically and manually, the payment of property expenses, transmittal of client payments and monthly financial statements. Homeowner Associations are supported by annual budget preparation as well as state mandated reserve studies, and the coordination for the preparation of state and federal tax returns as well as financial compilation reports. These services are provided in an efficient and timely manner, and all monthly reports are received by clients within 20 days of month end.
